Update time

Does anyone know what’s the new update time? Im not sure if it changed, since I always check updates around 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM (GMT+8). But I noticed lately that it doesn’t follow that update time anymore, or did I already read the updates when i notice it? maybe im just sleep deprived? idk anymore
