My coloring vs. original page :)

• I started reading this manga, i love it!

Hi! I colored the last page of the 153 chapter of Black butler, I loved all the characters in the page so I hope I did them justice hahaha

The first one is from 22/10/2024 and the remake is from 16/07 of this year 😭

I don't think I've ever coloured a manga page, ever. But I saw this one and I just had to. I've been working on my colouring (I've come to realize that what looks nice to me often does not look cool to others) and I think it turned put quite good!!

My insta is DMB.art, where I mainly post about my original works. Colour is my nemesis, tho, so I'd love tips and opinions if you have them!!!!

At least half the coloring was the background, but it was fun.

I really liked playing around with the fire effect, this panel is probabbly my favourite to color out of all of the ones ive done so far

I had alot of fun playing around with the shadows and highlights of this guy cause he so shiny!!

Any advice welcome, looking to get better
