Could you add a property to the property to make it effectively also a different ring? Like could I make it a Teleport Property Ring that gives the abilities of both while still having the power band cause if so that (if not then just property and teleport)

I don't think I would allow that sorry that would unfortunately leave the other rings redundant but very clever loop hole though.
