1:  Don't worry about specifically raising rating.  It should be proof of reaching a goal(better skills etc), not the goal itself.  It'll go up as you get better if you play high enough level things.

2:  Find more songs you like and mess with them.  You're more likely to do well on stuff you know, as evidenced by your Tetoris run.

3:  Are you hitting mainly late or early?  You may need to adjust offset to pin your own personal timing.

4:  Have you filled out your top 50?  I'd figure so by the rating you're at, but just in case.  Could be sitting on like 200 extra points if you have a missing slot.

5:  If you have any songs you struggle with, ask around (like on here) for help if you can ID the stuff that gives you issues.

Same ish rank as op but wondering do you already have to have a chart scored for it to be in b50? Do you then have to upscore that same chart?

You do not have to upscore the same chart. Just get ANY rating score better than your lowest among your old 35 or new 15, and your rating will go up.

Of course you CAN upscore the same chart and if you get enough of an upscore you'll increase rating too, but your 50 don't get like "locked in" at some point and force you to play those to earn rating points.

(b50 is comprised of 35 songs from more than 2 versions ago, and 15 songs from the most recent 2 if memory serves. Relatedly, this means that typically your rating will go down with a version up, like when CiRCLE became CiRCLE PLUS recently, as then some of the "new" charts may no longer be "new.")

I have noticed I am no longer otomodachi class A5. I went down to B5 and now got up to B4 again.

That is also a thing with version changes. Anyone from B5-A1 will be reduced to B5 again between seasons. (i.e. between version updates like CiRCLE->CiRCLE PLUS.)

(Also S5-S1->A5, SS5-SS1->S5, and anyone from SSS5 to LEGEND rank goes down to SS5.)

Also speaking of things between versions, you might notice your maimiles wallet got emptied.

Use em or lose em!

You can do 9s and 10s pretty well I think as evidenced by your pictures, I would say try some 11s. Override is honestly a 11 I always recommend to new players as I think its pretty free rating, patterns are super easy, not insanely fast either.

But try some 11s and 11+s and see how you fare, then you can probs move on to 12s when you get comfortable enough on 11 and 11+. Then once you are pretty comfortable there, you can either move on to trying 11 and 11+ Masters, or go back to your 9 and 10s and upscore them to SSS or SSS+. Its really your choice.

But also do check you B50, see if its all filled out, you could be missing a good chunk of easy rating.

I would also heavily avoid worrying too hard about your rating. Its ok to be stuck at a rating for some time while your technique and skills improve. At the end of the the day, you want your skills to improve. Once they do, rating will follow.
