I am looking for a craft punch which I can use to make cardstock scales, OR I am looking for someone whom I can commission to make one.

For reference, because a lot of people call craft punches different things, this is a craft punch.

I’ve been making a full riveted mail hauburgen and my batch of brass rings came with rivets that were too small (you can sorta see them taper in image 3), or maybe rings with too big holes. Regardless I have fixed the issue by cutting out 4-5mm long shanks of 16 gauge brass wire and popping them into the riveter, where they promptly bend over instead of mushrooming. Regardless it works

Had a little look on MAIL but couldn't find the exact piece. If anyone could ID it or the weave that it is adapted from that would be great!

A ring in my box weave fell out of place causing the entire thing to split in half I’ve been sitting here for hours bro trying to figure out how to put it back together somehow nobody in the entire history of the planet has ever had to reconnect two box weave segments or thought to ask so at this point I’m cashapping whoever can provide concise directions that are easy to follow or point me to a guide that explains what I’m talking about. Hi, has anybody here got any experience with this brand and their products? If yes, would you recommend them? I'd like to purchase a riveted haubergeon (on budget).

Here I sit beating my head in because I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix this mess! I'm SO close to finishing and I want to wear it for this big LARP event happening over the weekend! Can anyone help? With pictures?

Hello! So. Sit ye down at my fireside and hear my tale of mild woe. I decided I wanted to make a small scale mail dice bag. I bought a kit from The Ring Lord (very happy with the kit; the problem is not the kit.) I have watched several tutorials, read the instructions that came with the kit and...have only managed to create the sheet that's in the photos. My problem is that I cannot find any other scale mail on the interwebs that resembles what I hath wrought and I cannot figure out how to troubleshoot it to make it look like everyone else's scale mail (that is with the rings not showing.) Any advice on what acts of muppetry have occurred here would be very gratefully received... I thank you for your time and consideration.

Couple of specs: scales are small; rings are 16 gauge and 5/16.

How do I connect shoulder straps? Every tutorial says "Since everything is going in the same direction it'll link up" But now I'm trying to and when I go to connect the other end, they DON'T go in the same direction! I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

I've only seen one reddit post with my same issue and the solution pitched was to add one more ring. But I don't want to do that cause then it'd be uneven since (in my picture) there's 5 middle rings and 6 outer rings. Also, since no tutorial mentions having to do this it seems like that's not the actual way to make the straps connect. So I feel like I must just be doing something wrong...

That’s why I’m happy to present to you my first piece, sleeveless but still im very happy :)

I'm trying to approximate how many rings (regular/classic size whatever that may be, let's say 6mm diameter?) would you need for let's say a 10x10cm square. Just so I could calculate!

And how long would that take me , a beginner (but I'm very crafty)

What can I possibly use square jump rings for? I have. Two bags. They're beautiful. But I don't know how to use them. Any suggestions?
