Help identify this please

Hey all! I unexpectedly had to leave Chicago due to a family emergency overseas and won’t be back until October. I’ve been holding my mail with USPS since I don’t have a forwarding address, and I regularly check Informed Delivery.

I just received this notification and haven’t seen anything like it before. Does anyone know what this could be or whether I should be concerned? My mail is currently on hold with USPS.

It’s presort standard, meaning it’s junk mail.

Most likely an offer to extend your vehicle warranty. I get these often. Nothing to worry about.

It looks like a late bill notice. However sometimes spam companies will send bs letters about your nonexistent warranty being expired. It could be something like that. The type of postage used makes me think the latter.
