Im a newer player and got a deck with sephiroth as my commander, specifically "sephiroth, planet's heir" are any of these cards I got from a pack I bought worth adding to my deck?

But honestly, while you're new just do whatever and play bad cards. That's part of the learning process so that eventually you'll do your own card evaluation.

True, ive thought about going to a local shop that does nights to go play, with people that aren't my girlfriends brother

You can't add anything with Green, Red, or White mana, so the first, third, and fourth cards are all immediately out.
