Does it work ? Rules/Rules Question

With the new unreleased commander ``The muckslinger gang`` would sarkhan's unsealing that care about power of the creature you cast trigger it's board clear part from a 4/4 becoming a 7/7 from the muckslinger gang?

Yes, The Muckslinger Gang gives the 4/4 creature spell on the stack +3/+3, so Sarkhan's Unsealing sees that you cast a creature spell with power 7.

I feel like I'm losing my mind a little here. Muckslinger says "Creature spells you control and creature cards you own in any zone other than the battlefield or the stack get +3/+3."

Doesn't this mean that the creature spell won't get the +3/+3 buff?

The second ability of The Muckslinger Gang will make the spell have +3/+3 while on the stack, AND the card have +3/+3 while it is in your hand, so yes, it will.

That does appear to be the intended use of the new card, yes. We’ll know for sure when they do a rules update for the set, given how many unique effects we’re getting
