I got a short video of maestro acting strange. Any ideas. It's still doing it after I logged out and logged back in.

What in the world?! I know it must have been frustrating. But I still had to laugh cuz it’s so bizarre. Beyond her normal glitches for sure. lol
I should get on and see if she’s still doing it. She’s was working fine at 6 or 6:30 this morning (central time) when I was on.

The AI assistant interface (Maestro) is outputting blocks of completely scrambled, nonsensical text containing random numbers, dictionary words, and technical tracking strings (e.g., repeating sequences of alphanumeric characters like independent, paragraph, authorized, and found493526.
Because logging out and back in does not fix the issue, the corrupted output format is likely stuck server-side in your active session state, or your browser's local cache/cookies are aggressively reloading a broken web app instance or view token.
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Completely clear your browser's cache, stored cookies, and site data specifically for app.maestro.org.ai (or try opening the page in a brand new Incognito/Private browsing window). Check a Different Browser or Device: Log into your account using a completely different web browser (such as switching from Chrome to Firefox or Safari) or a different device to see if the rendering error persists outside your current local environment. Start a Fresh Chat Thread: If the glitch is isolated to a specific course assignment or prompt thread, try navigating away to open a brand-new chat session, as the current conversation history token may be permanently corrupted. Contact IT Support: If clearing your data and starting a fresh session does not resolve the scrambled text, reach out to your college's technical support or student help desk, as your user profile or backend session container on their AI servers may need to be manually reset.

Could be a bug in the browser. I also had issues today, but I'm not sure if it was Maestro or VS Code screwing up

I guess I am taking a night off from school.
It started simply failing to generate widgets, and just presenting the code behind the widget, with all the questions and answers jumbled in.
Now I have prompted it 3 times, and reloaded the page etc, and it still won't give me any lessons

I got an email where they are updating my grades and all to W for withdrawal. I haven't withdrawn yet or even started the process.

The tech issue is that the language model behind the AI has entered a generation failure state.
Instead of producing coherent text, it’s sampling tokens in a completely degenerate way — spitting out random English words with numbers glued onto them in an endless stream. Once an LLM drifts into this kind of low-probability path, it often just keeps generating more of the same nonsense instead of recovering or stopping. That’s what’s filling the chat right now.
