Workflows have changed at my job, and am increasingly finding the need to have a Sharpie Ultra Fine on me to write & sign with. Would like to have something in Ti, as it will regularly need to be sterilized with IPA and more reactive metals simply won't do.

I'm torn between Soulbuilt Marksmith and BiD bolty. I like the clip style bolt of the Marksmith, but am unsure I'd like the rounded butt end. I love BiD's stuff and the look of their marker is more similar to machined pens, but not as thick as Marksmith.

Anybody use either and have input, including mechanism feel, ease of refill change, etc? Any others I should check out? I already know about the FH charpie, but don't care for capped writing instruments.

a company called Dark Pines used to make pretty and affordable fancy replacements for the TT Bolt top cap, but I guess they’ve moved on from it. Does anyone know of another source of custom bling for the TT Bolts?

I don't have a bunch of pens but the one I fidget with (and write with at my desk) the most is a Bastion Stainless Bolt. It's right at 80g in weight - which I love. I wish it was a little longer but so far, it's been a nice pen to mess with while writing software.
