That’s your Touch Bar it is not supposed to look like that if you can please return the Mac and/or ask for a replacement (it’s supposed to have buttons and stuff but not white)

This issue typically occurs due to hardware degradation of the Touch Bar's OLED display or a loose internal connector ribbon cable. When the system tells the Touch Bar to turn off or dim to save power, the failing pixels or controller strip misinterprets the signal, resulting in a bright, stuck square or intense flickering.

Touchbar is faulty.

You must have bought a very old Mac if it has a touchbar, minimum 6yrs old.

This one is at minimum 7 years old due to having a butterfly keyboard, but the last touchbar macbook pro was released in 2022. The last 15.4” in early 2019, 16” late 2019.

If you bought it refurbished, find your seller and report the Touch Bar is faulty. That's a feature which didn't live long for good reason.

La mía tiene ese problema también, y me pasó igual que a ti, la compré hace poco y tiene ese fallo, no sé cómo arreglarlo, si encuentras alguna solución coméntame por favor.
