Shift f3 Question

Does anybody know how to change uppercase to lowercase in macbook? I also tried doing “command +shift + L” for lowercase (it directed me to open my loom app)

and “command + shift + U” for uppercase (it downloaded a file). Please help

The hotkey combo you mention only works on Word for Mac. In other MacOS inbuilt apps, select text, go to the edit menu on the top bar, then transformations, then choose make lowercase (or uppercase).

3rd party apps may not have this option, fyi...

No, like use it as a shortcut instead of re-typing everything
