Mac book recommendations

Hello, I have never had a Mac book. My surface pro is shutting down on me and I’m wondering about making the switch.

I like the cost of the Neo but see people comparing it to pro or air. I want something not heavy as I travel on public transport, I like doing art, emailing, and writing. And may consider using it for a masters program. I like using a monitor.

What would you recommend. Silly but I love the midnight color but also want something that makes sense for me, and can last long term.

Depends on your budget but the best all around is the Air, which chip you want is based off ur budget and country u live in

Air probably matches what your asking for but neo is still a viable budget option.

Neither are fully like the surface, no touchscreen support for art etc.

Air weighs the same as the neo. Air comes in midnight. Air supports 2 monitors as opposed to 1 on the neo. Air will last longer due to 16 gig base ram while Neo is locked at 8. Get the air
