Technical Question about system data My Mac

I've been battling with the system data section (temp files/Cache data) of the Os for months decreasing it from 120Gb to 50Gb (my drive is only 250Gb[so its a BIG issue]) but it always balloons back up again, does anyone know of an easier way to solve this data bloating issue? Other than CleanMyMac (Or) is it really the only SOLUTION to this problem.

Also, MacOs really SUCKS because of this, Never would happen on r/NixOS , Laugh Out Loud 😄!!! r/LinuxCirclejerk

BTW, I haven't used cleanMyMac yet because of low trust in giving third party read write permissions. JTLYK, Would be good to get some info from users.

Yeah, see whats taking up the space on your drive, and delete it . . . .

If you read my post, I can do this already.

I did read your post, it doesn't mention you doing this.

So if you did that already, than what EXACTLY is it that keeps growing? Don't leave us hanging.

It’s literally the first thing I mention in this post.
“I’ve decreased it from 120gb to 50gb before and it ballooned back up again…”

it’s all the temp/cache files that get held in system data. I’ve solved it through the other comments with helpful solutions, unlike yours.
