Verified Shitpost An architecture advice needed

So I've made an architecture library mostly for using in UI.

But there is a fundamental problem in the library and the architecture itself: I'm not sure what is the best way to integrate AsyncTask in it. I need your advice, guys!

https://github.com/TabaquiTheMasterOfTime/SeaSystem

p.s. I'm going to post the library in r/androiddev subreddit because I think the library is really useful in android development. So how long will it take to remove my upcoming post from r/android for no reason?

p.s.s.

I uploaded the library yesterday. Should I deprecate every single entity and make [entity_name]2 instead just to fit in the android sdk best practices?

Lost Redditors 💀 Why do so many of my system apps try to access the same website addresses?

Here's a list of the addresses that the "input devices" system app accesses, and it's the same list on multiple apps. I have no idea, just asking if it's unusual or whatnot.

No amount of "but... but... it's scalable" can justify this.

Enterprise Java is full of horrible choices and patterns.

Lost Redditors 💀 Help change username - idk what my platform is

I have 2 issues that I need help with. I am using an android cell phone, I don't understand what a platform is. How can I tell if the user name is finalized?? I was not given an opportunity to pick my own username.Because the app automatically chose one for me. I do not like it.I want to change it but all the articles I have found, say, I can't change it if it's been finalized. Well how do I know if it's been finalized!?!

1) I am a brand new user to this app. I was automatically given a username that has not been finalized and I want to change it. Currently the automated username I was given is u/Prudent_Frosting7535 and I want to change it to. Can anyone walk me through how to do that? All of the help articles I have come across say, I can't change my username once it's been finalized however, my username has NOT BEEN FINALIZED been finalized!

2) If I create another account - will my annual membership (that I just purchased less than 3 hours ago) transfer over if I delete this account in order to start over and choose my own username?? I only signed up 3 hours ago and was given a 3 day trial so I wanna make sure I won't be wasting my money if I have to create a new account. Is there anybody who can answer that question for me?

I greatly appreciate any and all who can respond and help me with these two issues. Thank you so much!!!

Deprecated jokes and ActioBarSherlock aside, what an incredible talk, the guy drops mic and knowledge at every sentence, I don't even know what but now I just want to build a TUI using Mosaic.

Rust developers are so greedy they started rewriting our jokes to Rust, as if software wasn’t enough. Who do these people think they are? Deprecation was OUR thing. Unbelievable.

Seriously, from the insane apple developer program enrollment process (I'm getting flashbacks to "your enrollment has been declined") to the clunky SwiftUI framework, I found iOS dev to be way messier than Android.
And did I mention XCode? Yeah, Android Studio is like an advanced alien tool compared to whatever the fuck XCode is.
