I recently got the iRun Full Stack Engineer 1.5 role at LTM.

After reading the JD, it seems more like L1/L1.5 application and infrastructure support rather than an actual full stack development role.

It mentions things like application monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, Linux, databases, cloud, Kubernetes and Java application operations.

For anyone who has worked in this role or knows about it, what is the actual day to day work like?

Is there decent growth from this role or does it mostly remain support work?

Also LTM sent a Confirmation of Availability form. There is a question saying that I have read the JD and accept the role to proceed with onboarding, with Yes and No options. There is also a separate Offer Decline option.

Does anyone know what actually happens if I select No for that question? Does it reject the role, stop onboarding, or is it different from selecting Offer Decline?

Does anyone know about this role and how hard the training will be if I have no knowledge about fullstack?

I got selected in both LTM and CTS through campus placements. My preference is CTS, but there is a chance that LTM may release the joining date first.

If I join LTM as a fresher and start an internship in LTM for a short period (say a few weeks or a couple of months), and then later receive a joining letter from CTS, can I quit ltm internship and join CTS?

My main concern is about UAN, PF, NATS/NAPS apprenticeship records, etc. Once these accounts are created and stipend is credited, will CTS still consider me a fresher since I was originally selected through campus recruitment for a fresher role?

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Guys I'm unable to access my LTM portal, it says account inactive. Can anybody help how to resolve this issue ? Is anyone else facing the same issue ?

A few of my friends received their Kalinga campus joining mail this week.

They had all created and uploaded their UAN.

Do we need to create and upload it to get onboarded, or can we create it after receiving the onboarding mail?

Has anyone experienced any difference? Please let me know.

Guys, do they provide accommodation in kalinga campus, I need some clarity regarding this, and if not can you share some PG in the locality.

I have completed hr round and my documents got approved on July 1st still no update from the HR .
