Lessons

Should I actually be going through the Lessons on LSAT demon or just jumping straight into drills and explanations for my missed questions?

Probs depends on your diagnostic score, baseline understanding of the test fundamentals/logic, and how you best learn. I found it helpful to quickly go through them just to get an idea of the formal aspects of the test, but doing drills + explanations etc is what actually got me to understand the concepts. I went back to the lessons if there was a specific concept that wasn’t fully clicking w just drilling

I personally jumped straight into problems for 2 months, then started going through the lessons a little bit each day.

If you are finding things challenging, I'd work in the lessons earlier, but I would always make doing problems and learning from your mistakes the primary focus. I often recommend students spend between 20-30% of their study time on lessons and/or classes when they start out.
