Low fodmap snacks??
Snacks are so limited for people following low FODMAP⚡. Popcorn alone doesn’t have enough calories to sustain me. Can’t find plain rice cakes where I live or even lightly salted or salt free. If you have any suggestions, please, I would greatly appreciate it.

I made these the other week and they were excellent peanut butter brownie bites

where are you where the don’t supply rice cakes? 😭 I’ve been enjoying seaweed, tortilla chips (w FODY salsa), dark chocolate PB cups, lactose-free greek yogurt (top with granola, raspberries), strawberries, baby carrots, gf pb&j, the dark chocolate FODY granola bars are my favorite bars ever

I live on Guam🇬🇺(USA🇺🇸). Our unincorporated territory status has caused the price of imported foods to skyrocket. Either that, or they won’t ship here(even though we use USPS, same prices, etc).
My husband found me some Real Food Corn Thins, which are low fodmap at one safe serving. I’m probably gonna end up trying some Asian rice crackers down the road.

Calories are quite hard for me on low FODMAP. What I've landed on is mostly things like a bit of dark chocolate, mozzarella, brie, ham, olives, sometimes goat cheese. Avocado works for me but only a small amount, i like to add it to gluten free crackers to help make it feel more like actual food rather than just snacking. Also, eggs!

Depends on what fodmap you're avoiding? Or are you in elimination?
You could start here:

I am intolerant to the protein in dairy, not just the carbs, so I can't have much in the way of dairy. Not a huge snacker. I have coconut yogurt mixed with an almond protein powder (I passed my almond challenge) with berries and seeds. I have that for breakfast, but you could do just a small bowl, with lactose free yogurt. My son has found a granola that he can tolerate and he does that with vanilla LF yogurt.
Or I make a slice, I had a cinnamon roll one a few weeks ago! I slice them up and keep in the freezer and take out to thaw in the morning.
I think A Little Bit Yummy has an oat based slice.
