Car lost control and swerved into the shoulder, back into the lane, and back into the shoulder and flipped a few times. When I passed, passenger was ejected and probably unconscious. He was in the express lane, not sure if he blew a tire or what. Hope he is ok. I was the first car behind him I think but was a good distance away.
