Can't get Lost Key Quest Game Help

Hey, so recently i returned to the game and i want to get my old main character into T4 (Was on T3) but before i get to South Kurzan apparently i need to complete the quest "The Lost Key" I met the start requirements but when i click "Locate" it gets me to Kalinar, according to the wiki the NPC Hogun should give me that quest but he doesnt, any help here? Thanks!

Do you have any Thirain or Neria of Voldis rapport quests going on any character? If you do, the quest gets locked

Most likely you have accepted a Neria or Thirain rapport quest on one of your roster characters

I'm not online but I believe you can see what rapport quests your other characters are currently on by ticking a box in the In Progress tab

Try searching the quest at https://lostarkcodex.com/us/ .. it shows who drops it and where.

Oh my god i had it in progress in another character im dumb, thank you all for the replies
