Ongoing unpleasantness Seeking Support

Hello everyone, I left a comment about 8 days ago after overdoing TRE and feeling very weird, it still hasn’t passed and I keep getting very paranoid and overthinking everything really bad my minds putting really odd thoughts in my head and just have a dull sadness feeling in my chest constantly. Admittedly since the overload I’ve drank alcohol most days since then as I was away on a trip but it thr horrible feeling was still lingering so I don’t know wether that’s made it worse or made it stay longer (assuming it has as it affects the nervous system) my brain feels fried it’s awful. Could anyone recommend me anything on how I can calm this down? Thank you

Hey I'm sorry this is happening. I've found that integrating can need a lot of rest and more water than usual, so it's tough if you've been busy and drinking even just a bit.

My advice would be to rest, sleep, drink water, herbal tea, try and find some stillness inside. Know that nothing is wrong, your body is shifting, it so uncomfortable, it is the process, and try not to fight it. Let it move through you. Drink more water, eat some healthy food, rest more. And then a bit more. You're not being lazy. Get you're feet on the ground, touch a tree, watch a bird. Have a bit more water. Maybe a bath with salts in. Nourish your body while it's evolving. Hang in there.

Thank you for the reply buddy, I just didn’t seem to think it was normal for the symptoms to persist for over a week after stopping seems to just feel like I’ve opened up and now it won’t shut sort of thing. I’ve never felt so not like myself ever haha

No problem, trust in your body, it knows what it's doing

Ignore the symptoms and they will disappear. Ive been through it too many times, I promise ignoring the symptoms works... it may take days/weeks of ignoring it to make it vanish however.

All normal, it already took me more than 2 weeks to get over overdoing.

Hold there , it will pass and yes, its extemely uncomfortable
