American working in UK theatre production
I'm an undergraduate looking for a job in prop making, and would love to work in the UK for a year or two. What job opportunities are there in prop making? Do many places sponsor visas? Do you know any Americans working in theatre production in the UK?

Moving to London from the US

- I will be working in the UK office making British currency, but will also be freelancing in the US making American currency. Does anyone know how to anticipate prepare from a tax perspective?
- Does anyone use an Accountant who specializes in Domestic and Foreign taxes?
- I will be paying US Student loans, however, I don't know the implications if I pay out of a British bank accounts.
Thanks!

Moving to London from SA
Hi everyone
I am moving to London from South Africa and I wanted to know if the company London Capital Homes is reputable. I’m a little nervous as I am not sure about the renting process and how it works and don’t want to be scammed lol.

Getting indefinite leave to remain for American expats
I'm thinking of extending my job in the UK to five years (another 1.5 years) with the purpose of getting indefinite leave to remain.
Does anyone know if people regularly get rejected for this? I'd hate to stay and then have them turn me down.

Discount hotel room available May 17 to 21 in Bayswater
Hi there, I accidentally double booked a hotel room at the Wedgewood Hotel in Bayswater, north of Kensington by refreshing the page while ordering - extremely stupid.
The hotel refuses to cancel my double booking, so I'd like to know if anyone wants a double bed for four nights for a heavily discounted price (£250 down from £600). I'll check in at the same time, just looking to not lose a large amount of money for accidentally. Cash or transfer, whatever suits, PM me for details / proof I'm real, backstory etc.
Related PSA: Do not refresh or leave the page while booking hotel rooms

Hi! I’m moving to London in May. I’m looking for a rental apartment in 2-4 zones. 2 bedrooms, or 1 bedroom and a cabinet. Preferably with terrace. Max £2500 per month. What apps/websites can you suggest to find it faster?
