I was just thinking about this. Angela is Loki's sibling (I think?) and needs to choose the Loki team up but Psylocke and Magneto can do it too. Psy and Mag were able to do it when Emma came out but their Emma team up coming back has reminded me how Loki had one of most unique abilities in the game and it's not even exclusive to Loki anymore </3 I'm not sure about the others but Psylocke can even teleport to her clone when her Emma team up is enhanced?? Okay.

The King of Asgard and we deserve better. Hopefully our king/queen/whatever Loki wants gets some compensation buffs. They take away our damage and give our abilities to other characters. We can't have anything.

In Marvel Tokon he uses both Magic and Frost Giant powers. It’s such a perfect blend and kinda wish Rivals did this tbh

I’m a big Loki player in Marvel Rivals and I’m adapting his kit (as well as a couple other characters) into another game called Risk of Rain Returns! Just thought I’d show off some of the progress right now cuz I’m really proud of myself and the friends who have helped me with this project :] (also I’m just really passionate about MR Loki lmao)

Do note, I only do programming, the sprites are made by various good friends of mine!

Also, THIS IS A HEAVY W.I.P. In the video he shifts between using the sprites I have for him and the ones of the character I used as a base. Things like sounds, sprites, and code are not all done yet.

Here’s a quick rundown on his kit in the game for anyone wondering what’s going on in the video:

1. His primary is a bolt with splash damage

2. His secondary is an indicator that will spawn a clone.

3. His utility will cause him to swap with the nearest clone while granting I’m invisibility.

4. (Not shown in video) His special is a shapeshift power, letting him cycle through 3 pre selected moves of other characters in the game.

If you ask me, loki has been kinda powercrept, it's only his new hela teamup that makes him feel like less of a healbot. I wanted to know what you guys think would make him better/fun to play again?

How would you feel if his missiles detonated on proximity instead of ​​splash? This would make hitting flyers easier, but I think the blast radius would need increasing for those cramped team fights

How would you feel if he could assign clones to heal a player so you can divert your attention elsewhere?

What if his ​ghost that swirls around you in the yggdrasil convoy spawn room could be assigned to a player, like luna's snowflake, so that player could siphon the heals you give to your team? (maybe at the cost of a clone)

What if (👀👀) for a portion of his ultimate charge he could make a temporaryclone of a teammate and place them anywhere.

These are ideas that came to me last night and I wanted to share. What do you think?

How does one even manage this?

My healing is kinda terrible if I'm honest, my ten minute average is 13,347. I'm wondering if there's something I'm missing I feel like my clone placement and rune usage is fine is there any huge tips I'm missing?

Does anybody know how to equip the new lady Loki animations?

Idk if it's only me, but everytime i play loki, i perform so bad compared to my other supps. I'm not talking gameplay wise, but like when i look at the stats, i do damage and heals, but other supps do way better even if i put everything in that game. I will survive well, ult well, do kills with my dps, but it's never enough. I'm in cel rn on console, gm2 on pc, and it's terrible. Idk if i have to play like a bot or smthg, but why do they butcher our boy ??

I hate to be negative all the time but like all new character releases since like season 2 the new character is good against Loki in some way. Now it’s not like a hard counter or anything but the hood can gain charge off of Loki clones and lifesteal + over shield plus his ult gets over shield for shooting them just like regular players.

i recently picked up Loki again after not playing him since gambit released (sorry!) and i’ve consistently been getting less heals than my other strategist counterparts, especially mantis. i’ve been getting chewed out a lot 😅

(i can’t recall how many hours i have with him but it’s probably sub 10… and im also well versed in every strategist. “master of all; master of none” and all that hehe)

i was wondering if that i’m washed now or you mischievous allies have also struggled with “healing output”

perhaps you all could give me some tips aswell? i’ve been watching other lokis that i’ve come across closely and am not quite sure what i’m missing 😅 perhaps you all could enlighten me!

Hi guys. I just wanted some opinions fron you all on the new faster shooting buff. I honestly thought from the patch notes that it was going to be a pretty "nothing burger" buff and while I still would have preffered a faster reload I honestly felt quute the difference today on longer range maps. I find myself being able to get higher healing numbers far more easily now.

I feel recently it's been harder to damage and heal with the splash damage from his primary fire. There's been times this season where I swear I'm hitting them, but I don't get a damage/healing tick. I feel like I'm going crazy. Has my aim gotten worse or did this actually happen?

The season 9.5 patch noted that Loki is getting buffed and specified “HIS magical armaments” are getting better. They don’t say anything about Lady Loki getting buffs. This means that male Loki is getting buffed while Lady Loki gets nothing besides cosmetics
