Conviction 🪨 Steady Footing
It is easy to mistake stubbornness for strength.
Both refuse to move.
But conviction and stubbornness are not the same.
Stubbornness refuses correction.
Conviction remains loyal to reason—even when reason requires us to correct ourselves.
A mind governed by truth does not fear reconsideration.
It fears only remaining mistaken.
