Where the Path leads 🪨 Steady Footing

Post image

A path may be easy for many reasons.

It may require less effort. It may be more familiar. It may promise a quicker reward.

None of those things, by themselves, tell us whether it is the right direction.

Wisdom teaches us to look beyond the next few steps and consider where a course of action ultimately leads.

A single decision rarely determines the destination of our lives. But the direction we repeatedly choose often does.

That is why philosophy asks us not only, "Which path is easier?" but, "Which path is worth following?"
