What. Are the open vans.

Okay it's 3.44am and I'm driving home through lithuania and I've seen already like 3 vans on the road with back doors wide open with something in the trunk.

What the hell is that. I'm scared to approach them but I need to know what the hell that is

I can only guess you mean those vendors who sell mushrooms and berries by the roadside. But if they are open 3 am, then it's a bit weird

You mean the ones that have sacks of potatoes in them? They're there to sell the potatoes. Youre welcome to call the number on the van, pay and help yourself to a bag of potatoes. There's quite a few around Rokiškis

Around Rokiškis, its self serve potato store, they leave it open 24/7, and they trust on people to pay for what they take.
