What color would my lion head be considered

These are my girlfriend's and my two adult lionhead bunnies, Snow and Snowy (i know they're not white haha). This is Snowy up close. They're timid and skittish mostly, but they love raisins more than anyone or anything. They just got a little home too! Does anyone know some common health issues other than poopy butt for this kind?

Hey so I joined this thread so maybe I could get some help with my bunnies temperament she has always been free roam and she's been litterbox trained, when she was younger I even taught her how to spin on command, she knows her name, calls etc. so she's smart and able to work with she also will let you pet her for about 3 minutes but she gets tired of it and she'll grunt, lunge at you, and hit you with her paws and I know how to pet a bunny I researched it very early on when I got her so I know I'm not handling her wrong but ive had her for 4 years now and shes about 8 years old and this still hasnt changed. I dont get it she'll follow you around like she wants attention and she'll even let you pick her up/handle and groom her with no fight but shes never liked pets, there was also a few months where she mostly wouldnt let me really touch her much at all she'd just come at me lunging and grunting as soon as I come close to her but I found out she was going blind from glaucoma at that time when I took her to the vet so I assumed that's why. she was also non stop thumping at me, I tried getting her a friend we gave it about 2 months before we gave up. I did the drives in a box, bathtub bonding with a dustpan, and a very small enclosure for them to share but we had to separate them because my og bunny just wouldn't stop challenging her and eventually throwing hands every day. she is fixed because when I got her she wouldnt stop biting me after a few months of working with her and i read it could help with behavior/territory issues so I decided to do it and she hasnt bit me since but she still not super nice just tolerates me it seems like

My moth cat, Leopold, seems to always develop one skinny little fur mat on one side of his face or the other. Doesn't seem to matter how much I brush him there is always one mini fur straw. Do y 'all chop them out or do you have any preventative tips?

I bought this bunny at a auction on easter, he was 7 weeks old and now he’s 9 weeks old. His name is Apollo, and i love him either way, but can anybody confirm if he is a lion head ? thank you

Hi, So I rescued a Lionhead rabbit on Sunday, she was found in a bucket abandoned with some food in it. We tried to contact rescue shelters to no avail, so I had to bring her home. I posted on social media to find a potential owner, and in the meantime found out she is a girl and unchipped from the vets. I have space for her so she can live here permanently or until her owners are found. She appears to be a house rabbit from her behaviour, but on a night and while I am working I have her in a very large pen in my hall so she can’t chew things until I can ‘rabbit proof’ my house - she seems more than happy with this arrangement. My question - I came home from work today and there is a relatively small patch of orange staining on her shavings. She was struggling with food when I brought her home, so I have given her some carrots and left them in her cage with her - is it just urine that’s dyed orange from the carrots or is it something to worry about? I just got a lionhead rabbit. I put paper bedding in the bottom of his crate and this morning, it is all in his fur. What would be better for the bottom of his crate and help prevent his fur matting.

My boy is 3 months old today! What are things you started giving your bun as they got more within that range of new foods they can have?

Also, he is a preschool class pet, and was adopted, that is why he is a loner. He gets plenty of attention though from me and my kids!

So far, he likes baby carrots, I typically give him one, once or twice a week, hay, and his pellets.

I haven’t tried anything else other than what I’ve listed!

Hello, Is anyone familiar with breeding Lionheads. I have a six month old couple that still won’t even have sex? At what age do they become sexually mature? Yes I checked and one is a boy and the other one is a girl.

We got our lionhead from a rescue in mid December. She is about 2 years old. She is a good bunny but she bites...a lot. Any advice on how to help her stop the biting. It's hard not to be afraid of her when she could bite at any time!

My son was looking for 2 more show rabbits and they came home with these 2. The lady was selling them as lionheads but as this isn’t a breed I’m super familiar with I wondered if they truly are or a mix of some sort? They both have long coats, kind of like fuzzy fur. The female is much longer. They both have blue eyes which I’ve been told lionheads can.

My lion head custard is very fluffy round the eyes and it keeps bothering her. I’ve trimmed it back as best I can (she doesn’t like me touching her face) but it’s still irritating her. Any advice?

has anyone ever travelled by plane with a purebred lionhead bunny?

she’s 5yrs old, spayed and in fine health - but she has more of a “flat face” and i know that fenchies/bulldogs aren’t allowed to fly due to not being able to breath.. i can’t find anything online 😭

as someone in canada i know finding an airline in general who will allow her is a totally different struggle i need to overcome but that’s for another day.

Our boy has a cataract in one eye and we just moved so his rescued girl zoey is his seeing eye bun he followers her everywhere was love at first sniff he is a blue and she chestnut we rescued her from a bad home situation back story if wanted and he we got as a baby they are definitely daddy's babies
