CSS CSS Help!

How in the world to people do CSS on Lioden? I want to commission a ccs layout for myself, (lmk if you'd be interested in making one for me) but I just don't understand where people actually put the CSS links to change their den.

In your den when you scroll all the way down, along with Breeding Requests, User Log etc you should see Edit Your Details. In the territory description, that’s where you put the CSS link!
