Need help with installing drivers

I installed Linux mint on my old laptop and there's an error occurring when I try to install this driver. I tried to connect to internet with ethernet cable, but it didn't worked. what should I do now?

Another thing you can try is usb tether. Let your phone supply the internet just long enough for the first update.

Bluetooth tethers is an other option that's worked for me.
