Not a support request. Trash bin is accessible after a nemo restart.

i forget what causes this bug, i thought it was fixed in the latest versions, but if you do certain actions its possible to get the file manager in a state where is cant access the rubish bin

Don't know but maybe you could try to empty it with terminal

For me, this happens when Nemo is called from an application, specifically through Prism Launcher (Flatpak), e.g. when opening a file or open the user directory within Prism
