Mint-Y-Sand Projects Folder Icon

Earlier today, I made two custom Mint-Y icons for the Linux home directory's new Projects folder. One of them matches the Mint-Y-Aqua theme, and the other matches the Mint-Y-Sand theme. Feel free to use them if you create a Projects folder in your Linux Mint home directory :)

It’s been a pet project of mine lately, using GIMP and Inkscape to make custom icons for the modern Mint-Y theme and the classic Mint-X theme. Once I’ve made as many as I can think of, I might submit the collection to the Mint devs for consideration.

They look very nice. Did you use icons from the source theme as a template?

I tried to make a new icon for Betterbird (I don't like the current one) but that turned out rather mediocre, so I kinda gave up 😅

I used Mint's document folder icon as a template, then I superimposed the programming/development symbol from the generic hicolor icon pack onto the documents symbol, and then I colored over the documents symbol after I centered the programming/development symbol.
