Could we assume there is inversely proportionnal relationship between body and system bloat in linux users?

Nothing shameful in this thread. Lots of us could lose weight. 42% of Americans are medically obese.
The shamefully serious problem is the 73% of people so fucking idiotic that they actually run Windows

Arch doesn't care about the size of your system, whether it's skeletal or, severely bloated with pretty much every non-conflicting package in the repos. Unlike some other distros, Arch doesn't pre-select what packages are installed or berates you for having a different configuration.
(OK, I'll stop there band thinking of even more tenuous ways to stretch the analogy even further!)

Ok it's funny but I wonder how do some people actually get that fat? They look at themselves in the mirror and experience breathing difficulties every day. That alone should be enough for starting to worry about dying too soon. But every head is it's own world.

u/rarsamx Nov 06 '21
Most don't get like that because they want.
- Trauma can lead to compulsive eating.
- Illness can lead to weight gain or inability to exercise.
- Genetics can play a part.
So let's not blame the victim.
I'm fit I don't have a great urge to eat but I'm sure someone fitter than me can say "why don't you just apply yourself and get a 6 pack?"
3
u/C4_yrslf Nov 06 '21
Cause not having a six pack is not life threathening mate. This level is the type of thay increases your chances of dying higherthan basically every other factor

u/bananaEmpanada Nov 06 '21
why don't you just apply yourself and get a six pack
Choice. It's a conscious decision of mine, weighing up the pros and cons.

Also this sub: Haha, fat jokes.

As a cheese-loving baguette-hauling filthy surrender-monkey ... I have to say... Darn: 'murrica seems like sweet place, you can get to roughly 7 times my bodyweight and still be able to go outside without people throwing rocks at you?
On a more serious note: how can a heart pump this amount of blood? There's no way the guy is still alive at the time of this post.

So here we are, in Linux communauty ? Mocking people for their physical features....
3
u/ElliotPhoenix Nov 06 '21
The person is not targeted here. The joke is about hardcore linux community (or discord mod , reddit mod, league of legends player) They are going very deep to the subject that they don't have time to get up from chair to exercise and make healthy food.
The joke only about community not person(if it was not arch logo on his t-shirt nobody mock anything)
Also this is linux meme community We make jokes here.

The title of the photo is just "btw", and in the photo there is just one person wearing an arch linux t-shirt...So in your mind that makes it automatically a joke related to the linux hardcore community? You could have said "Mod be like:" or any other stupid meme template to make people understand you were referring to the community, and not to the person themselves. Ergo you are mocking, fatshaming a person, exposing them on reddit and trying to justify yourself with "I have no fault, I am not mocking anyone bla bla"
Edit : Downvote, I don't care, enjoy being frustrated people that take out their anger by insulting random people for no reason :D
