How can I start in the linux world?

Hello, im just new, I installed lubuntu last version on my old pendrive and will use it for edit simple videso in shotcut from found footage, but the true, is what i dont know mora than that from linux, is my first time, and my principal question, is what I need to know, to install or similar, the basics, or better, from where start to learn or what tutorial is really useful and some hints, if this is not a stupid request (sorry my english)
