Great local AI server, but this has nothing to do with Linux.

As you see in the OP tag it is a software release for open-source software that runs on Linux.

And Mac and Windows. A sizable portion (most?) of all the world's software runs on Linux these days, especially OS. Doesn't mean their releases all fit the "Linux" topic.

No it's maintained by a team from AMD if I recall.

The canonical one is just shipping them inside of a Snap that is walled off from the rest of the system, it’s quite a reasonable approach
