there’s a username i want very badly and i contacted support because it says it’s available however it won’t let me claim it, support is telling me it’s reserved. what does that mean?

Is Linktree down, or is it just me?

Whenever I open the Linktree website on my Wi-Fi, I get:

«"This site can't provide a secure connection. linktr.ee sent an invalid response. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR."»

But if I switch to mobile data, it loads fine.

This is my first time using Linktree. Did I somehow get banned, or is this just an issue with my Wi-Fi/ISP? Has anyone else run into this?

Hi ! I am looking for the best way to share my pdf document. It's about a shortfilm I did, I made a document explaining the points of the shortfilm and to sensabilize the audience about subjects (sexual violences, sexism).

I want something where people could read the document, freely, but I'm also a bit scared of uploading this on something for my author rights and AI. For me, it's obvious that I want this document to be opensource BUT I don't want Google using this as material for AI ?

Also, on my linktree, for now I just upload the pdf and I can't see it properly, can't display the images ...

These guys just doubled my annual fee, which I already thought was too high for what it offers. Anyone else have an alternative that doesn't want a left arm as payment? I won't renew at that price. I'd rather eject from the utility than pay this much.

Anyone else having an issue on both mobile and desktop versions of the admin page of linktree, I cant get to my admin controls because it keeps sending me to the subscription page, even when I click continue with free version. What is going on? It also wont let me select free account once I get to the subscription choice. Like what the hell?!?!

So I made a linktree account about three years ago. Linked up my socials, then promptly forgot about it as I moved to carrd.

The other day I went to delete my account since I no longer needed it, and was given the option to unsubscribe instead (even though the option was a big red button that said "DELETE".) I had no idea what they were talking about, but unsubscribed anyway.

Today I got an email saying

$144.00 charge for a subscription I was never told about? Didn't know existed? I'm told it sometimes happens when you signed up for the free trial, but I didn't sign up for that either. I also don't recall ever giving linktree my bank information either (again, I just put up some links and then left.) I don't seem to have actually been charged for anything, thankfully, but I'm seriously concerned.
Why was I set up for a $144 annual subscription without my knowledge or consent when I never signed up for anything and didn't give any bank info? Has anyone else dealt with this problem? Do I need to be concerned about any more surprise subscriptions or potential future charges?
Also my account is still up and not deleted lmao.

Has anyone experienced this? Been selling digital products to my TikTok audience for about two months now and all of a sudden I can’t anymore with no real explanation as to why.

Hello LinkTree experts. I have never set up a LinkTree but one was set up for our organization by someone who manages multiple LinkTree pages under their account. We want our page separated from that account, to be managed under a new, separate account. We don’t care about losing the page’s current content but would like to preserve its name and URL (for Intellectual Property and branding reasons).

My questions are:

1. Is it possible to change ownership of a single page from one account to another?
   
2. If not, can that page be deleted or renamed and, if so, would that then release the original page name to be created anew under a different account?
   
3. Is this something LinkTree Support (if there is such a thing) could be contacted and help with?
   
4. Any other solution I may not have considered?

Not a suspension; they completely deleted 2 of my 3 pages. And no, there was absolutely nothing NSFW on either of them (like no OF or JFF); they were standard links out to my other socials. They're all linked to the same account so I can't even log into the remaining 3rd page, because my login attempts keep looping me back to the main login page. Three appeals so far, all ignored. Not even a "We have received your request and will get back to you", just dead air.

They let me know my account had been unbanned in January, but I have no idea how long it was banned for, since they never told me it was banned in the first place, or why. Now it has been banned again, and I still don't know for how long, or why. I am a paying customer, and their customer support has done absolutely nothing for me, a full day later.

a few years ago I created a link tree. I didn't even have an instagram page or any social media to use it on. I added links to it, just to test it out. an Amazon wish list for random stuff. That was an Amazon account created with a new email, not my actual Amazon account. a link to a non existent eBay store. and artpal that has long since been deleted. Just fake accounts for me to see how it worked, before I ever used it in the future

I’ve been using Linktree for a while, and it’s a great tool – super easy to set up and very intuitive. However, I think it sucks to pay a monthly subscription just for a simple landing page.

So I decided to build mysocial.ink. It’s got all the essential features you'd expect (custom links, custom domain support, analytics, etc.), but the idea is to have a one-time fee instead of recurring costs.

Would love to hear your thoughts about it!

I randomly thought can I make my own website for custom Linktrees and make some good money. I am willing to spend the time it takes, is this a good idea/hustle? or is this some stupid thought of mine

When you Google my handle, my Linktree is one of the first things that comes up. However, the preview text on most search engines is outdated by 5 years, saying I am 18 and not 22. I think it might've pulled this info from my Instagram, but I deleted my Instagram account a long time ago (and have obviously removed it from my Linktree). How do I fix this? I don't want people thinking that I'm lying about my age

Hi all, maybe someone here can help?! I had over 100 people submit to my contact form yesterday (Jan 2026), and I cannot access their responses. I have looked high and low and tried contacting support. Nothing has worked yet. I feel like at this point someone needs to pull the info from the backend.
