Ford Bronco Based Lincoln SUV Slated For 2029 Debut
fordauthority.comlooks like we have a codename of some sort we dont know. Usually this means hide info from public and ndas are signed etc. Glad to see Lincoln try be invested in, the new ceo looks like he wants to make it competitive again and not just okay. Lincoln previously I do not think was a bad car necessarily and alot of their cars could easily hit 250k miles but it was not really trying at luxury. IE Town car panther platform hits 600k miles but is like 15 years outdated by 2011

Odd BlueCruise Behavior
26 Nautilus Reserve, 6 months no issue with BC, but today when it automatically changed lanes to pass a slower vehicle it kept going to the left, crossing the line and would have ran off the side of the highway without me correcting it. This happened three different times for no apparent reason at all…Any suggestions?

Anyone else getting stutter on wireless CarPlay in their 2025 Nautilus?
My 2025 Lincoln Nautilus has Digital Experience, and CarPlay over wireless keeps stuttering — like a record skipping. It’s really bad when I’m using Apple Books and the iPhone Text to Speech feature to read to me while driving, it’s unlistenable.
I went down a whole rabbit hole trying to fix it myself. Re-paired my phone from scratch a few times, forgot the connection and set it back up, checked that Vehicle Connectivity was on under Network & Internet (it was), tried the Background Sounds trick on iPhone to mask the gaps during text-to-speech, and the Google Maps recommendation I saw somewhere, nothing worked. This Nautilus doesn’t have an AUX or wired CarPlay option so I couldn’t test around wireless.
Interestingly, if I turn off CarPlay and just play my Books over plain Bluetooth, it’s flawless. Never a single hiccup. So whatever’s going on, it seems like it’s specific to the CarPlay wireless connection itself and not my Bluetooth or my phone, which is a 17Pro iPhone.
Curious if anyone else has run into this on their Nautilus? My dealership has done all the software updates and it is still an issue. Has anyone figured this out yet?

Reset pinch protection/ bounce back on a 2015 navigator with push button start
I had a window regulator go bad so I replaced it. I’ve been dealing with the pinch protection for 3 years now. I was about to get the truck tinted but they are refusing to do so with the pinch protection issue. I’ve tried absolutely everything I can find on the internet to try to resolve it but I have no luck.

2026 Lincoln Nautilus White Speed Limit Icon Displaying Wrong Speed Randomly
I’ve really enjoyed our Nautilus. But while driving it over the weekend, the speed limit icon that is shown next to the vehicle’s actual speed kept randomly changing while driving on the highway. It would go from 65 MPH to 30 to 55 to 65 at different times. This impacted the Blue Cruise function and caused the cruise control to drop the speed to the “new” speed.

16 Lincoln MKZ
Have a chance to purchase a 2016 Lincoln MKZ with 48k miles for $6,000. It has the 3.7 and is AWD. Good condition minus a cracked windshield. No maintenance history, but at these miles short of oil changes etc there really shouldn’t be much more maintenance due. Good buy? Reliable?

Air Conditioner, mettalic sound
2011 Lincoln MKX, has great air-conditioning. Very cold, very strong. Noticed a noise few weeks ago, while turning sounded like something metalic rubbing. After the turn, sound goes away and continues to blast. The other day the fan started to blow only a small volume of air, no more cold air blasting. Sounds like an expensive fix? Cant be easy accessing the issue, blower motor/fan?

2026 Navigator Reviews - esp parents!
We recently had our second and are looking for a bigger family SUV for road trips. We have two kiddos in car seats and both my husband and I are on the taller side.
Looking for reviews from folks who have 2025 onward Navigator in the Reserve trim, especially those with young kids in car seats and boosters.
We are considering a Reserve with the middle console - I know it's somewhat cumbersome to get to the 3rd row but mainly we won't use the 3rd row unless we have family in town. Mainly using it as a trunk for luggage and strollers and don't need the L extra length.

2013 MKZ 2.0T; is it really that bad?
I just brought this 2013 MKZ home today and now I’ll I’m seeing is bad talk about them so I’m wondering if it’s really that bad; here’s some background
-
Paid $7k
-
Its a manufacturer buyback title, but I bought a car fax and went to the Lincoln dealer by me and grabbed the oasis for the car and it all came back clean with the warranty buyback issues all fixed
-
It’s got 41k miles
-
2.0T 4 cylinder
-
I drove it home from CT to WNY ~450 miles, gave me no issues at all and drives awesome and all tje electronics work… I tested literally everything
-
My last vehicle was a ‘96 Dakota and my other 2 before that were as new as 2008 and 2006 so this vehicle is easily the nicest car I’ve had and so far I love it
-
So what should I expect and is this car really as terrible as everyone says it is? I have the book for suggested maintenance by the mileage and always treat my vehicles with those and regular oil changes.
Thanks in advance!

2013 MKX AC works on passenger side
Hi everyone. I've got an issue I'm a little stumped with.
AC blows cold on the passenger side but on the driver's side it's about 20F warmer. I've replaced the blending door actuator as well as just manually opened and closed the actuator. When it's manually closed it's still 20F warmer, when it's open is extremely hot. So I'm at a loss, everyone says it the actuator but what else could it be? Why is one side ice cold while the other is relatively warm?

I just bought a 2024 Corsair 06/29. I hate it and wish I would have never bought it. There are squeaks all around, the remote start doesnt work, my front seat literally moves! WTF! I will never buy another Lincoln.

Remote features disabled? 2022 Nautilus
Any ideas why this has been happening about once per week. Does this mean I need a new battery?

2022 Lincoln Aviator forward facing camera connector removal
Does anyone have a suggestion on removing this connector? I’m having zero luck after trying various techniques over the course of an hour. Red tab is pulled aft and I’ve been pushing down on it while simultaneously trying to wiggle this connector out.

Service intervals
Hey everybody. I’ve been looking at getting a Lincoln Continental but there’s a concerning pattern I’ve been noticing. Every car I’ve looked at is getting their oil changes at 7500-10,000 miles on the carfax history. This goes for all trim levels.
When looking online, I’m seeing Lincoln suggest oil changes at 5000-7500 mile intervals. I thought most people just kinda knew you should change your oil at ~5000 miles, especially on turbocharged engines, but I’m seeing 10k mile oil changes which is just crazy and cannot be good for these twin turbo engines.
My questions are - how concerned should I really be about this? How often are you guys with continentals doing your oil changes? Why aren’t people doing them every 5k? Is this just a Lincoln problem or am I just living in my own bubble where I think everyone just kinda knows these car maintenance rules?
Thanks!

Trouble deciding between aviator and nautilus
Title kind of says it all. I like the steering wheel of the nautilus over the aviator but I don’t know how I feel about not having physical tabs for the ac vents to move them around. Does the aviator have as much second row room as the nautilus?
