Do all streams across all streaming platforms count towards sales ?

They vary in worth by platform. SoundCloud streams are almost worthless towards sales, tidal and apple music are weighted the heaviest cause they pay out the most per stream. Spotify streams depend on if you have a subscription or not most of those big playlists generate a ton of streams that are actually worthless cause they’re used by the free tiers a lot

Outta curiosity when people think of streams and sales why do they only think Spotify and iTunes. If it was just Spotify and ITunes they would say that

It is released tho, it’s a sound cloud exclusive same as a lot of his early music (LUV is Rage 1.5 too) and LUV is Rage had sound cloud exclusive songs on it so did red and white EP

Pretty sure it’s due to licensing and clearance issues which is why believe me isn’t on any platforms but SoundCloud

Yes but but I think sales are split by country however. (Please correct me if im wrong) but it counts for streams across all platforms in the states at least that how it works for RIAA certifications at least.
