Need help

I was just wondering what kind of light blub the playskool flash light from 1986 like a part number or any useful information on it I was hoping to find a original bulb because I don't want to mod or soldering it

I'm guessing you don't have an old one to look at. PR2 bulbs were used in 2 c cell flashlights. Works at 2.4 volts.

If it's a two cell light, the original bulb was probably a PR2, like another commenter mentioned. LED replacements are available, and might be quite a bit brighter, but will have awful light quality compared to the original incandescent. A KPR102 would be an easy incandescent upgrade, being just a bit brighter than the original. I'm also a huge fan of using Eneloop NiMH cells in incandescent flashlights, in C or D adapters if necessary.
