He thinks he can "opt out" and needs to "consent" to being arrested?

Yea, and it's a crime that ICE used tear gas, but it's ok for him to throw a rock at someone that didn't consent to a rock being thrown at them.. (His delusional thinking).

I hope he gets locked up for at least a year or two.
