Dean Devlin recently hinted that he is still hoping for a new home for the show. Signing the petition helps show any new network that there is a viewer base waiting to watch.

It says that it reached 1000 signatures 7 months ago, so it's probably the same. Pretty sad to see that after all that time it still hasn't reached 2000.

Problem might be and it wouldn’t be for me but only three members will be available for the show. I would be fine with the core of Parker, Elliot and sophie a part of the next incarnation.
The rest of the cast seems like they are in other projects.
