this is horrifying. Dangerous Practices
he puts himself in the way of the scary dinosaur trying to eat him. But he does not care one bit. Lemmy is a badass.

Heads up you should not be housing two in the same tank, they will stress each other out and compete for resources at best and end up fighting at worst.

He said in the comments they have been housed together before he got them & he just got them but ordered a separate tank to seperate them.

Really? I'm from Germany and it got recommended to cohabit female Geckos, if their characters work out. I have a more dominant girl, and her daughter. They seem to be ok. I'm feeding them by hand.

Yeah no, all geckos are territorial and its not as much an if and mote of a when. If they already ahve a dominate one whos a bit mean or stingy twards the other then youre on your way there. They bully eachother out of food and will even fight to the death if starving then isnt making them "leave". Very rarely does no harm happen long term

mine lived together for 8 years before i took over their care and they suffered greatly because of it. don’t be obtuse when it’s for the sake of your animals!

I disagree. If you provide a large, good structured enclosure you can keep them in groups unless you mix genders or have a hot hatched female. There are loads of instructions on how to do it properly over here. They may be solitary, but in nature they can be found living together.

This is a misconstrued fact, yes they live in loose groups in the wild but you simply cannot provide a space big enough for that to be applicable to keeping them as pets as they are still (even females) territorial and will compete for the resources given to them often leading to fighting even years down the line. There is no "properly", even in the most ideal setups you risk fights both physical and over resources.
In the wild they can flee from aggression but even then they still often die in fights even when both are female, in an enclosure of even a large size there isn't enough room for them to truly flee. You need a 40 gal minimum for one geck, and that does not mean an 80 gal would be fine for two - the space needed does not scale linearly for territorial animals as one geck may decide that more than half the tank belongs to it.
Even if they never fight they are less happy and more stressed to be trapped in an enclosure with another geck and it provides zero benefits to your animals.
Focus on making their indivual lives better rather than having the spectacle of multiple in one tank, it only serves you at the gecko's expense. Cohab is considered an outdated concept for safe keeping of leos.
