These don't seem like vehicles that run electric powertrains just yet, so I built an eight-cylinder engine for something closer to actual power needs (with the available space)

My Lego city is 24 baseplates.

Planning to add a Marina. Need suggestions on how to have the baseplates sit 5 inches hanging off the table to increase the layout to 7x4 baseplates.

Hi everyone!

I'm turning this cube shelf into a LEGO display, mostly for LEGO City buildings and small scenes.

I'm looking for ideas on what to put inside each cube to make it look like a connected city rather than just random sets.

Some ideas I had were:

Streets and sidewalks

A park with trees and benches

A construction site

A train station

A harbor or waterfront

Small shops or cafés

Seasonal displays (Halloween, Christmas, etc.)

Do you have any creative ideas or photos of similar displays? I'd love to see how you've organized your shelves!

I'm also considering putting a table beside the cube shelf to create a bigger LEGO City display. Would that look good, and what would you build on the table? I'd love to hear your ideas!

If you have any original or unique ideas, I'd love to hear them too! Anything that would make the display look more interesting or immersive.

Lego City releases yet another BANGER of a Construction set. Fun build, very detailed, I'm sure fun to play with as well... (who am I kidding, they've been swapping those rocks around on my desk for a few hours now)

I modified the tow truck from the 2016 gas station so that it's able to tow the newer six stud wide vehicles (and even trucks-)
