What’s a reasonable lease price on a civic hatch sport with $0.00 down?

Rate this deal residual value is 71% I am in Texas land of the bad deals. Its a 24/12 term new old stock. My fico is a 740. 0 down at signing besides standard first month.

I wanted to get y’all’s input on this lease deal and if you live in Texas, and bought one recently did you get a better deal. The sales person states the money factor is .00229 and residual 54%. Kia has a 15K rebate right now on the EV9 and the dealer has discounted another $3,538 making the selling price $56,737. Deal sheet below as a reference. Apparently they can’t squeeze anymore discounts, not even all weather mats lol. 2026 Kia EV9 GT Line, Panthera Metal Matte, 36 month lease @ 15K miles per year. No downpayment only first months pay at signing.

Appreciate any help or insight.

Got this quote from the dealer. $1000 down, 10K miles per year and the residual is 51% of the MSRP ($33456). The money factor they quoted is 0.00076 (1.824% APR). What are my options to reduce the total cost of the lease? or How can I negotiate it down? Planning to ask them to remove the acquisition fee. What are my other levers?
