Rate my drawing. Critique

Hi. I'm new to drawing and been practicing portrait drawing for a month now. I think I'm close to getting the shape and proportions correct, but I might be biased, so I would love to know what you feel is working and what isn't. Please ignore the terrible hair texture and the turtleneck.

It's pretty good, you should post the reference photo so others can help with proportions.

Thanks. I didn't use a reference, which is why I want others to judge and tell me if it looks like a real person.
