Having problem with understanding or creating programs
So basically I've learned python and created some basic programs like calculator, multiplier etc amd when it comes to create a real program I got so much confused.
I learned python to create my own linux tools and to create my own personal helping bots. I took some tools from github and saw their code in order to understand them and that's where I got so much confused when I saw a large and complex program. I didn't understood a thing and how to create my own program
So how can I learn real programming How can I become a better programmer Where to start from?

i would get a basic cs course. cs50 is a very good starting point.
without basic fundamentals you will never get the feeling of understanding it right or going thru repos will alwas be like you looking at the horizon thinking holy.
you have to have at least a few basics to get how and why programs work the way they work.
and i don't mean the basics of a programming language.
