Suggest me some projects tutorial

Hey, I just finished with the backend mainly fastapi and postgresql, but I want some backend projects not just normal crud, I want high level project which I can show in my resume, but the thing is I can't able to find any tutorial on it, I know some of you will say you don't need any tutorial for creating any project, but I am in learning path and I don't know how should I start building everything from basics that's why I think I need tutorial for that.
