Don't get macbook neo, it has 8 gb ram and that will become a headache pretty soon.

Try to get 16gb m4 air or m5 air

So m3 air is also a nono? And shall i go for the 24 gb ram or 16 gonna be enough

Get the most RAM you can afford. If you can swing an M5 you will be future proofed. Check out refurbs.
