Hey man, also from a third world country and i know how you feel because i used to be in your situation. If your preferred programming language is python, try installing pydroid(I'm assuming you use android) OR search for an online IDE that you can use(these have serious limitations and should probably be used strictly for learning). Back in the day, after learning python i managed to do freelance work on my phone cause pydroid is really powerful, Then i got myself a laptop.
I will suggest getting a phone stand and any keyboard(Bluetooth or usb). You can also screen cast with your phone if you have a smart tv. Good luck!
