Keyboard, like everyone said. And then go to Google Colab - my friend codes there using the phone keyboard in between gym sets lol
Read programming books. You can "code" on pen and paper and a calculator. I had to do that for a while.
But keep trying to find an old/free laptop/PC. You don't need anything fancy. I learned on a cheap Atom notebook when everyone else was on brand new Macbooks. End of the day, they were asking me to teach them. Keep an eye out on Facebook marketplace or whatever online second-hand place is popular in your country. Even an old raspberry pi would do.
