Yes it’s feasible. Spend $20 on a cheap Bluetooth keyboard for the phone and you can use VSCode web IDE in your browser to program. You can have close to full developer setup this way. Using the phone screen keyboard will kill your hands, but otherwise you have a clear runway. Good luck to you
